The subject of this contract is the distance sales contract including the following service purchased by the Buyer from the Seller.

The Buyer agrees to make the payment for the specified service by one of the methods determined by the Seller. When the payment transaction is completed, the necessary arrangements for the provision of the service are initiated.
If the Buyer wishes to cancel the purchase of services, he/she must contact the Seller and follow the relevant procedure. Cancellation requests must be made within a certain period of time from the date of purchase. Detailed information on cancellation and refund conditions is determined by the Seller.
6. Privacy and Personal Data
The personal data of the Buyer is protected in accordance with our privacy policy. This data is used only for the provision of the service and necessary communications.
The Seller cannot be held liable for any damage or loss that may arise from the use of the service. The use of the Service is at the Buyer’s own risk.
In the settlement of disputes that may arise from the implementation of this agreement, first of all, an amicable solution will be tried to be found between the parties. In case of dispute, [Muğla Courts or Bodrum District Arbitration Panel] shall be considered as the authorized institution.
This agreement becomes valid as of the date of electronic acceptance by the parties.
This Distance Selling Agreement declares that an agreement has been reached and accepted between the parties.
