How can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation by completing the contact form on our website or by contacting us directly via email or WhatsApp.

How much deposit do I need to pay?

Once your preferred tour has been finalized, a 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

When is the remaining payment due?

Unless otherwise stated, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the tour start date.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:
• Bank transfer
• Credit or debit card payments via Stripe

Any transaction fees applied by Stripe may be added to the total payable amount.

Is the flight ticket included in the tour price?

No, flight tickets are not included in the tour price. Upon request, we can assist you with flight research and provide recommendations.

What happens if I want to cancel my reservation?

Cancellation conditions vary depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made prior to the tour start date. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for detailed information, which applies to all bookings.

Is the deposit refundable?

The deposit is non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if the tour is cancelled by the company.

What if I have to cancel due to health reasons?

In cases of cancellation due to documented health reasons, the standard cancellation conditions still apply. Please review the Cancellation Policy for full details.

Is travel insurance mandatory?

Travel insurance is not mandatory; however, it is strongly recommended. We particularly advise insurance coverage that includes health-related issues and trip cancellation.

What level of physical fitness is required for the tours?

Our walking and trekking tours vary in difficulty level.

Are the tours guided or unguided?

We offer both guided and unguided tour options. If you are unsure which type applies to your booking, please contact us for clarification.

What equipment should I bring?

Please refer to the equipment list provided for the specific tour you will be attending.

What happens if the tour is cancelled by the company?

If the tour is cancelled by the company, all payments made to us will be fully refunded.

Will weather conditions affect the program?

For safety reasons, in the event of adverse weather conditions or extraordinary circumstances:
• The route or daily itinerary may be modified.
• Equivalent alternatives will be provided whenever possible.

Is luggage transfer included?

Luggage transfer is included only if explicitly stated in the tour program or offer.
Transfers will be clearly specified in the written offer based on your request. Please note:

• Discounted tour options may be offered without luggage transfer.
• Written communication and the official offer take precedence.
• Each participant is allowed 1 suitcase and 1 small bag.
• Additional luggage may incur extra charges.Please contact us to confirm the details of your booking.

Can I get a refund if I leave the tour early?

No refunds are provided for early departure or unused services.

Are my personal belongings insured?

Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
We recommend purchasing insurance that covers loss, theft, or damage.

When will I receive the tour documents?

The tour program and information file will be sent via email 4–6 weeks prior to the tour start date (earlier for late bookings).

To avoid delays, please ensure that all required information is provided in full.

Who is responsible for safety during the tour?

Unguided tours:
Participants are fully responsible for route tracking, personal safety, and their own health. Tours are conducted on an individual responsibility basis.

Guided tours:
Participants must follow all instructions given by the guide.
Each participant also remains responsible for their personal safety and health.
