Culture Tour From Istanbul to Cappadocia
This document applies to all tours and activities organized and sold through the Lycian Walk website under the name of Global Tourism.
I hereby declare that I will voluntarily participate in cycling, hiking, and/or outdoor activities organized by Global Tourism.
I acknowledge that such activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, health issues, weather conditions, traffic, road and terrain challenges, and risks caused by third parties.
I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in this tour. I declare that I have been informed in advance about the route, distance, terrain structure, elevation profile, daily stages, and possible difficulties, and that I knowingly and willingly accept all risks that may arise before, during, or after the tour.
I accept and under take that Global Tourism, its owners, representatives, guides,employees, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, illness, or death that may occur during the tour, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
I agree to follow all safety rules, instructions, and guidance provided beforeand during the tour. I understand that failure to comply with these rules may increase risks and that I bear full responsibility in such cases.
I declare that I have my own valid personal insurance (health, travel, accident,etc.) and that I am personally responsible for my own equipment and belonging sthroughout the tour.
I agree to submit this signed Risk Acceptance and Liability Waiver to Global Tourism before the start of the tour, either in printed or digital form.
By signing this document, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all terms and conditions stated above.
