CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

These cancellation and refund terms apply to all tour, trekking, and travel services provided by Global Tourism. 

1.CANCELLATIONS MADE BY THE PARTICIPANT
(The Person Purchasing the Holiday)
In the event that the participant cancels their reservation, the following conditions shall apply:

1.1. 45 Days or More Before the Tour Start Date
The paid 25% deposit is non-refundable.
Any amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded, if applicable.

1.2. 30–44 Days Before the Tour Start Date
50% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The remaining balance will be refunded.

1.3. 15–29 Days Before the Tour Start Date
75% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The remaining balance will be refunded.

1.4. 14 Days or Less Before the Tour Start Date
No refund will be issued.
The full amount paid will be forfeited. 

1.5.Failure to Participate (No-Show)
If the participant fails to attend the tour, no refund will be made.

2. CANCELLATIONS MADE BY THE COMPANY - Global Tourism

2.1.Company-Initiated Cancellations
If the company cancels the tour due to operational reasons (such as insufficientparticipant numbers or organizational circumstances):
All amounts paid by the participant will be fully refunded. Any additional expenses incurred by the participant, including but not limited to flight tickets, visas, or insurance, are not the responsibility of the company.

2.2.Force Majeure
The following events are considered force majeure: Natural disasters War or terrorist incidents Epidemics or pandemics Restrictions imposed by official authorities Extreme weather conditionsIn suchcases: The tour may be postponed or     cancelled. The company will refund the participant any refundable amounts available. The company cannot be held     responsible for non-refundable charges imposed by suppliers. 

3.EARLY DEPARTURE AND UNUSED SERVICES
If the participant leaves the tour early, no refund will be provided.
No refunds may be claimed for unused accommodation, transfers, meals, or activities.

4.CANCELLATION NOTICE PROCEDURE
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
The cancellation date shall be deemed the date on which the notice is received by the company.

5.TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION
Participants are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage.
For insurance-related cancellations, the required documentation will be provided by the company.

6.CANCELLATION DUE TO HEALTH REASONS AND INSURANCE SUPPORT
If a participant informs the company that they are unable to join the tour due to documented medical reasons:
The cancellation must be submitted in writing. The medical condition must be supported by official documentation (doctor’s report, hospital report, etc.).

In suchcases, the cancellation terms remain valid; however, the company will provide reasonable support to enable the participant to submit a claim under their travel or cancellation insurance policy.

Global Tourism will: 
Prepare and provide the necessary reservation, invoice, payment, and tour documentation for submission to the insurance provider.
Submit a written statement confirming that the cancellation is due to medical reasons. Assist the participant with any     documentation requested by the insurance company. The approval or rejection of any insurance claim is entirely subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.

The company cannot be held responsible for the insurance provider’s decision or the amount of any payment made.

7.ACCEPTANCE AND CONFIRMATION
By making a reservation, the participant declares that they have read, understood,and accepted these cancellation and refund terms.
